Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your athletic gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- NUTRITION category: Opened nutritional supplements, consumable products, personal care items
- All CLOSEOUT items (marked as final sale)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
International Returns
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
